LHV PROGRAM

The Lady Health Visitor (LHV) program at MINAHS Institute of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences is a two-year diploma program that prepares students to work as frontline healthcare providers in communities.The program focuses on health education, disease prevention, maternal and child health, family planning, nutrition, immunization, and basic treatment of common illnesses.LHV plays a vital role in promoting public health, empowering women, and improving the quality of life in rural and urban communities.

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS

Health Education

Educate families and communities on health, hygiene, nutrition, and disease prevention.

Maternal & Child Health

Focus on antenatal care, safe delivery awareness, and child healthcare.

Training in immunization techniques and prevention of communicable diseases.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

F.Sc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with at least 50% marks.
Age between 17-35 years.
Valid CNIC/B-Form.
Domicile of Sindh Province (as per rules).
Medically fit (as per institute requirement).
